The Career Design Clarity Session is best for professionals and executives who are wondering what’s next. They know they need to look forward but they’re not exactly sure how. Likely they have built a successful career and can feel it's no longer the right one. Whether that means planning an exit strategy, getting savvy about the future of work or creating a new plan since being laid off or another forced transition, they know action needs to be taken and need somewhere trustworthy and credentialed to start. No. Coaching is typically open-ended conversation over months without clear deliverables. This is a structured, single-session method with defined deliverables, grounded in a clear framework that applies Master’s-level psychology theories, practices and research and world-class business strategies. You'll know exactly what you're getting and when and you can trust the process.

Also no. We'll touch meaningful territory including how your family shaped your ideas about work but the purpose is career design, not therapeutic treatment. If our conversation surfaces something that deserves a therapist's care, I'll say so plainly and be happy to provide resources to refer out. I am not a licensed therapist although I do have my Master’s level education in Psychology from Pepperdine University with an expected graduation date of September 2026.

There is about an hour of guided pre-work, due 48 hours before we meet. Beyond that, deliberately nothing! Just be yourself, be in a quiet space and come open.

Completely. Sessions are recorded and transcribed so I can be fully present with you rather than taking notes; recordings are never shared and live in a private, secured account. Many clients are exploring an exit their employer doesn't know about, therefore confidentiality is a part of my agreements. My priority is helping you.

Yep, up to two times within the 60 days from when you purchase. Just make sure you do so within 24 hours of our meeting.

You receive your summary which is everything we’ve done all together, plus your pre-work in your custom Clarity Report along your Future of Work Forecast and it arrives within two business days of our meeting, no more than five. If you want to keep building, your $995 credits toward the Strategic Executive Exit™ for 14 days. And if not, you have a full actionable report with several exciting and unique paths forward to explore further on your own.
